Noise Concern is a campaign run by ENCAMS which stands for ‘Environmental Campaigns’. ENCAMS has an expertise in running advertising campaigns to change people’s behaviour to improve the quality of their everyday lives. From anti-social behaviour such as noisy neighbours, to improving our streets and public places, ENCAMS is working for people to improve where we live.

A charity organisation with over 50 year’s experience, ENCAMS also runs the Keep Britain Tidy campaign, tackling issues such as litter, dog fouling, abandoned vehicles, and graffiti. The charity is part funded by Government through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), who are supporting this campaign.
